We have been aware of an issue that deviants are experiencing with getting automatically logged out several times while using deviantART in Internet Explorer. The deviousTechnology department has been investigating this issue in order to figure out the cause of the issue and a possible solution.

After much investigation it appears the cause of this issue has something to do with the combination of using Kaspersky Anti-Virus along with Internet Explorer. This issue does not appear to be occurring in any other browsers. We believe that this issue may actually be caused by a bug with Kaspersky and that anyone affected by this issue should try reporting this issue directly to Kaspersky in hopes of getting a resolution to this situation.

Until this issue gets resolved the only work arounds for this issue is to either use a different browser (such as Firefox or Chrome) or to use a different Anti-virus program. We apologize greatly for the inconvenience this particular issue is causing and we hope that this can be resolved soon.
