We can't believe the Holiday Season is almost here already! We want to remind everyone that during the Holiday Season the Help Desk receives a substantial increase in tickets, which will cause an increase to our response delays on top of any current delays certain departments may have within the Help Desk. In order to help keep delays to a minimum we ask that you please make sure you submit your tickets to the appropriate categories. This is especially important for retail oriented tickets when getting a timely response can be imperative. By submitting your ticket to the correct category this will ensure that you will receive the quickest response possible.
