As part of our Annual Closures over the Festive Period the Help Desk will be closed Friday December 23rd through Monday December 26th for Christmas and Friday 30th through Monday January 2nd  for New Years. Please keep in mind that due to the nature of the Holiday season we are currently under heavy backlog so slower than normal response times are to be expected. In order to ensure that everyone is helped as quickly as possible we ask that you read over the Status Post listed below and also keep in mind that submitting multiple tickets on the same situation can cause unnecessary delays.
