Hi everyone!
We are currently aware that some deviants are having trouble submitting Help Desk tickets. We've tested this issue and appears that when submitting comments that are long enough to fill the entire comment box that the ticket returns an error.
"Sorry, a system error prevented your request from being submitted. Please retry your submission."
We looked into what was causing the error and it appears it's caused by our Help Desk provider Zendesk so we have contacted them and they are working to alleviate this issue. We apologize for any frustration this is causing and hope to have it fixed as soon as possible. In the mean time if you have this problem simply try to keep your information short and if you need to provide more information you can simply reply to the email you will receive from the Help Desk concerning your ticket being submitted successfully.
