Help Desk Closures - Holiday Season Closures and Delays

The Holiday Season is approaching quickly. The Help Desk will be closed Monday December 24th through Wednesday December 26thfor Christmas and Monday December 31st through Wednesday January 2nd for New Years. We want to remind everyone that during the Holiday Season the Help Desk receives a substantial increase in tickets, which will cause an increase to our response delays on top of any current delays certain departments may have within the Help Desk. In order to help minimize delays we ask that you please make sure you submit your tickets to the appropriate categories and also keep in mind that submitting multiple tickets on the same situation can cause unnecessary delays so we ask that you please refrain from submitting more than one ticket on a given situation. This is especially important for retail oriented tickets when getting a timely response is extremely important. Submitting your ticket to the proper category will help you receive the quickest response possible. If you need to provide additional information to an existing ticket please reply back to the last email you received on your ticket and this will update your already existing ticket instead of submitting a brand new ticket. Rest assured that all tickets will be answered as quickly as possible and we thank everyone for their patience while we recover from the Holiday backlog.
