How are Help Desk responses sent to me? Can I have them e-mailed to me?

All Help Desk responses are sent directly to the email linked to your account or the email you contact us from directly. If you don't remember what email is connected to your account and whether it is up to date make sure to check your Edit Settings page. 

Please note that you can only check on your ticket via the DeviantArt Customer Service Central site when you are logged in to your DeviantArt account.
