How are Help Desk responses sent to me? Can I have them e-mailed to me?

All Help Desk responses are sent directly to the email linked to your account. If you don't remember what email that is and whether it is up to date make sure to check your Edit Settings page. You will also receive a notification with a link to your ticket in your Message Centre in the Feedback>Support section.

Please note that you can only check on your ticket via the DeviantArt Customer Service Central site when you are logged in to your DeviantArt account.
