I have made an error while purchasing a Core Membership. Can I get a refund?

If you have made an error regarding the recipient of a Core Membership, or a duplicate order, please file a Core Membership Inquiry at the Help Desk within 24 hours.

Requests made after 24 hours will be denied. However, should you wish to transfer your Core Membership to a different account, we offer a one-time courtesy transfer, which you can read about here.

Please note that:

  • Core Membership orders are final, and orders cannot be amended from 1 year to 3 months, or any other change of Core Membership period.
  • You will not receive a refund if you have used some Core Membership features, such as a username change or Core Member discounts in the Shop.
