What should I do if I never received the check I requested from My Earnings?

We're sorry to hear that you never received your check! If you've been waiting longer than 6 weeks, please verify that you entered your correct address on your My Earnings page. If the check was sent to the wrong address and if you would like us to reissue the check, please contact the Help Desk.

Note: there is a $20 stop-payment fee for voiding or reissuing checks.
